The red is an approximation of the property borders (6.788 acres).
The blue designates the small area of wetlands on the property.
The remaining land above the blue and beyond the red is the rest of the wetlands.
Nothing will ever be built on the wetlands.

The garage is located under the Family Room.
The Media Room is our Library and will hold books, DVDs, videos, CDs, records, & other media.
The basement below this level is the same size of this level minus the Family Room.



The second floor of the house has a Master Suite on the right with a huge walk-in Master Closet.
The Master Bath is also very large and houses a jacuzzi tub/shower combination.
The left side of this floor is the Guest Room (Bedroom #2)
And, The Wife's Craft Room (Bedroom #3).
